HUB Electronics can now offer a cost effective connector / junction low pressure hot-melt overmoulding service.

The over-moulding service compliments our cable assembly making, by providing a higher mechanical integrity whilst protecting solder joints/wires against harsh environments and liquids.

A range of moulds are being developed to cover both Lemo connectors and Mil circular ranges, including inserts to cope with differing cable sizes and connector insert variations, such as D38999, Mil 26482, Mil c 5015 etc

Overmoulding provides the following features and benefits to the customer;-
